How Housing Works
- You must register for Conference before you can register for housing. In-person attendees will have access to limited-time room discounts when housing officially opens.
- The limited-time room discounts will become available at 10 a.m. (CT) on April 8, 2026, for those who register before that date or the day after you register if you register after April 8.
- There are a limited number of rooms available at a discount—not every attendee may get a discounted room.
- Cancellations must be made by May 31, 2026. After this date, your deposit will not be refundable.
- After the discounted rooms sell out, other lodging options will still be available in Chicago. You can find a room at any of the hotels listed below or at a hotel of your choice. Talk to your team and see what works best for you!

Find Roommates
Before registration opens, decide if you want a roommate and talk to your friends. Having a plan makes registration easier and ensures you aren’t holding a room you don’t need.

March 13: Housing Opens for National Executive Directors
March 16: Housing Opens for Senior Executive Directors
March 18: Housing Opens for Executive Directors
April 8: Housing Opens for All Consultants
- Rooms Become Available:
- If you register before April 8, housing is available starting 10 a.m. (CT) on Wednesday, April 8, 2025.
- If you register on or after April 8, housing is available starting 10 a.m. (CT) the day after you register.
- Refundable Deposit Deadline: Sunday, May 31, 2026
- Any cancellations must be made by this date.
- If you cancel after this date, your deposit becomes nonrefundable.
- Housing Closes: Thursday, June 18, 2026
- After June 18, you’ll no longer be able to make any changes or cancellations within the housing platform.
- All reservations will be transferred to the appropriate hotels.
