Career Title Recognition

All registered in-person attendees will receive a ribbon based on their career title as of June 1, 2026. All registered in-person attendees who promoted to new director or higher within the earning periods noted below will receive a scraper in the color of their new career title(s).

All New & Repromoted Senior Directors, Advanced Directors, Success Rewards Advanced Directors, Directors, and Success Rewards Directors

Requirement: Title as of June 1, 2026
Earning Period: July 1, 2025–June 1, 2026
Recognition:

• All registered in-person attendees will receive a scraper in the color (or colors) of their new title.
• If you promoted to Success Rewards Team Leader, Director, or Advanced Director and you attend in person, you’ll also receive a ribbon. Team leaders will receive standing recognition.
• All new and repromoted director, advanced director, and senior director promotions will be celebrated on stage during General Session 2.
• If you promoted to more than one title within the earning period, you’ll be recognized on stage for the highest title you achieved. Achievers must be holding this new title as of June 1, 2026.

Career Club Recognition

The Career Club program honors consultants for cumulative achievements in career sales and qualified recruits.

Career Club Milestone Achievement Levels

• $1 million in career sales, then for every additional million.
• 200 qualified recruits, then for every additional 100.

Earning Period: June 1, 2025–May 31, 2026

Recognition:

• Milestone achievers may pick up their new or updated watch at the registration desk in the main lobby of the convention center on Wednesday, July 15.
• They’ll be invited to attend the Top Performers Celebration at 4:30–6 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, July 15.
• They’ll be celebrated on stage during General Session 2.

Excellence Awards Recognition

Every year, our Excellence Awards program celebrates outstanding performance in four key categories: Personal Sales, Personal Recruits, Developing Leaders, and Organizational Sales Volume.

Requirement: Each category has its own requirements. Learn more on Consultant’s Corner.
Earning Period: June 1, 2025–May 31, 2026
Recognition:

• All registered in-person attendees will receive a special ribbon.
• First-time single-category achievers and two-, three-, and four-category achievers will be recognized on stage during Closing General Session on Saturday morning.
• Repeat one-category achievers will receive standing recognition.

• All 2025–2026 Excellence Awards achievers are invited to join us 1–6 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, July 15 at the registration desk in the main lobby at the convention center to pick up your Excellence Awards rewards card.
  • We’ll also be hosting an Excellence Awards networking event from 2–5 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, July 15, where you can mix and mingle with fellow achievers.
  • Excellence Awards achievers can also shop PC Gear during special times on Wednesday, July 15. Check out the Agenda page for your shopping time!

Founder’s Award

This special category recognizes the top achievers in personal sales, personal recruiting, developing leaders, and organizational sales volume.

Requirement: A minimum of 20 Personal Recruits or 13 Developing Leader points for those respective categories is required to earn this award.
Earning Period: June 1, 2025–May 31, 2026
Recognition:

• All registered in-person attendees will receive a special ribbon.
• We’ll recognize the Founder’s Award achievers on stage and announce all the Circle of Honor achievers during the Opening General Session on Thursday afternoon.
• Founder’s Award recipients are invited to attend the Top Performers Celebration from 4:30–6 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, July 15.

Incentive Trip Achiever Recognition

In 2026, consultants are earning their way to some unforgettable trips!

Pampered Getaways 2026–2027

Requirement: Earned the trip by May 31, 2026
Earning Period: Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2026
Recognition: All registered in-person attendees will receive a special ribbon.

Charitable Recognition

Round-Up from the Heart®

Consultants who contributed a total of $500 or more from June 1, 2025–May 31, 2026, and submitted it by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on June 7, 2026, and attend in person, will receive a ribbon.
