We love recognizing you when you reach incredible achievements in your business. At Conference, it’s our chance to celebrate you! Here’s everything we’ll recognize at conference this year.
Career Title Recognition
All registered in-person attendees will receive a ribbon based on their career title as of June 1, 2023. All registered in-person attendees who promoted to new director or higher within the earning periods noted below will receive a scraper in the color of their new career title(s).
*To receive recognition, your current title must be higher than the title you held on June 1, 2022.
All New & Repromoted National Executive Directors, Senior Executive Directors, and Executive Directors
Requirement: Title as of June 1, 2023
Earning Period: July 1, 2022–June 1, 2023
Recognition:
- All registered in-person attendees will receive a scraper in the color (or colors) of their new title.
- Executive level leadership promotions will be celebrated during Opening General Session.
- If you promoted to more than one title within the earning period, you’ll be recognized on stage during Opening General Session for the highest title you achieved. Achievers must be holding title as of June 1, 2023.
All New & Repromoted* Senior Directors, Advanced Directors, Fast-Track Advanced Directors, Directors, and Fast-Track Directors
Requirement: Title as of June 1, 2023
Earning Period: July 1, 2022–June 1, 2023
Recognition:
- All registered in-person attendees will receive a scraper in the color (or colors) of their new title.
- If you promoted to Fast-Track Director and/or Fast-Track Advanced Director and you attend in person, you’ll also receive a ribbon.
- All new director, advanced director, and senior director promotions will be celebrated on stage during General Session 2.

Career Club Recognition
The Career Club program honors cumulative achievements of consultants for sales and qualified recruits.
New Achievers
Requirement:
- Achievers are recognized for $50,000 in career sales, $100,000 in career sales, and then every $100,000 in career sales after.
- Achievers are recognized for every 25 qualified recruits
Earning Period: June 1, 2022–May 31, 2023
Recognition: All registered in-person attendees will receive a special ribbon if they reached a new level in sales or recruiting within the earning period.
Milestone Achievers
Requirement:
- Achievers are recognized for every $1 million in career sales.
- Achievers are recognized for 200 qualified recruits and then every 100 qualified recruits after.
Earning Period: June 1, 2022–May 31, 2023
Recognition:
- All registered in-person attendees will receive a special ribbon.
- If you’re a new milestone achiever, you’ll receive a Bulova watch.
- If you’re a previous watch achiever, you’ll receive two additional diamonds for your watch.
- New Career Club achievers will be celebrated on stage during General Session 2.
- Enjoy an invite-only Top Performers Celebration at 5–6:30 p.m. (CT) on Thursday, July 20.
Excellence Awards Recognition
Every year, our Excellence Awards program celebrates outstanding performance in four key categories: Personal Sales, Personal Recruits, Developing Leaders, and Organizational Sales Volume.
Requirement: Each category has it’s own requirements. Learn more on Consultant’s Corner.
Earning Period: June 1, 2022–May 31, 2023
Recognition:
- All registered in-person attendees will receive a special ribbon.
- First-time single-category achievers and two-, three-, and four-category achievers will be recognized on stage during General Session 3.
- Repeat one-category achievers will receive standing recognition.
Founder’s Award
This special category recognizes the top achievers in personal sales, personal recruiting, developing leaders, and organizational sales volume.
Requirement: A minimum of 20 Personal Recruits or 13 Developing Leader points for those respective categories is required to earn this award.
Earning Period: June 1, 2022–May 31, 2023
Recognition:
- All registered in-person attendees will receive a special ribbon.
- We’ll recognize the Founder’s Award achievers on stage and announce all the Circle of Honor achievers during General Session 1.
- Founder’s Award recipients are invited to attend the Top Performers Celebration at 5–6:30 p.m. (CT) on Thursday, July 20.
Incentive Trip Achiever Recognition
In 2023, the irresistible destinations program has consultants earning their way to Boston or Punta Cana in 2023! And executive directors and above can also earn the Executive Exclusive Experience.
Irresistible Destinations Trip 2023
Requirement: Earned the trip by May 31, 2023
Earning Period: Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2023
Recognition: All registered in-person attendees will receive a special ribbon.
Executive Exclusive Experience
Requirement: Earned the trip by May 31, 2023
Earning Period: Jan. 1–Sep. 30, 2023
Recognition: All registered in-person attendees will receive a special ribbon.
Charitable Recognition
Round-Up from the Heart®
- Consultants who contributed a total of $500 or more from June 1, 2022–May 31, 2023, and submitted it by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on June 7, 2023 and attend in person, will receive a ribbon.
Help Whip Cancer®
- Consultants who contributed a total of $200 or more through fundraisers from June 1, 2022–May 31, 2023, and submitted it by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on June 7, 2023 and attend in person, will receive a ribbon.
